A lot of us have an impression that personal trainers, for lack of a better term, have their shit together (excuse my French) Well not really, I’m human too, I struggle/ struggled with a lot of things that you are going through in life, even fitness wise.
To start off, my name is Dolly, I used to be a binge eater, and everyday I try to live my life to move away from that. I have come a ways but I still have a ways to go, but don’t we all? I am also a currently competing powerlifter with a total of 700lbs and still getting stronger everyday. My mantra is to be happy but never satisfied and my attitude is to never give up.
I am in no way a professional chef. The name Iron Cheftress came about because I love lifting weights and I love to cook; hence a combination of both my passions. Also I love putting healthy (sometimes weird) spin on dishes. So if you like to eat, and if you like some tips on how to approach fitness, we should be friends!
Is there anything I won’t write about? Yes. I will never write about my clients unless I have their strict permission to do so because I value their right to privacy. Also this blog will most likely be politics, religion and judgement free!
